Quantity Surveyor

My client is an established Interior Design contractor.

Project : Commerical buildings. Project Size $0.5million to 8 million.

Job Requirement

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities. Architectural & Structural.

• Prepare and submit tender

• Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors

• Manage tender administration, pre and post contract.

• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

• Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer

• Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions

• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor

• Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks
