Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and contract documentation

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow

• Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations (VO), and final accounts

• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients

• Liaise with project teams on cost and contractual matters

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Relevant experience in building construction projects

• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and tendering

• Good negotiation and analytical skills
