What Youll Be Doing
- Analyze measurements, tender documents, schedules of rates, and trade preambles.
- Draft preliminaries, validate cost plans, and review consultants technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, cash flow projections, and cost reports.
- Implement procurement strategies and conduct pre-qualifications, benchmarking, and negotiations.
- Manage post-contract processes, including assessing variation claims, final accounts, and contractual risk evaluations.
- Build up unit rates, monitor profitability, and conduct cost adjustments.
- Liaise with stakeholders on cost, contractual implications, procurement, and project progress.
- Support dispute resolution matters when required.
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the built environment.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
