About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our project team in both pre- and post-contract administration for ACMV and Fire Protection Systems projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract administration for assigned projects

• Review specifications, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare cost estimates

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project and contractual matters

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project execution

• Provide commercial and contractual support to the project team

• Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues

• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within project budgets

• Maintain proper project documentation and records

• Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Attend site visits and project meetings as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in M&E or infrastructure projects

• Experience in both pre- and post-contract administration

• Knowledge of ACMV and/or Fire Protection Systems is preferred

• Experience with LTA projects will be an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
