Senior Operation Executive

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple medical centres, ensuring smooth and hassle-free execution of daily operations

2.Monitor, evaluate and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

3. Manage the delivery and execution of all operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, including facilities management and IT resource to ensure smooth delivery of services to staff and patients.

4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement, plain and monitor maintenance of schedules including all equipment and services contracts, and quotations

5. Maintain all equipment status and vendors checklist

6. Supervising staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and feedback
