- Handling pre- and post-contract administration
- Check for Tender opportunities/attend tender briefing and site showground
- Quantity take off/Evaluation of Tender/analyse costings/ prepare tender doc for submission through Gebiz, and or hardcopy
- Carry out contract administration duties/source out and prepare PO to sub-cons/suppliers
- Submission of progress reports and claims/settlement of final accounts with clients, subcons and suppliers
- Attend meetings and monitor the progress of site works
- Any duties as assigned from time to time
