About the Role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive to join our Operations team, supporting the delivery of bespoke architectural glass, metalwork, and installation projects.
This role bridges site coordination, technical detailing, and production workflow, ensuring projects move smoothly from site measurement and specification through to in-house fabrication and final installation.
You will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and our internal production team to ensure technical accuracy, cost control, and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Site Measurement & Technical Coordination
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, designers, and project teams.
- Ensure technical requirements and site conditions are properly captured.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Review drawings from contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Perform quantity take-offs from project drawings.
Production Briefing & Coordination
- Prepare detailed job briefs for the in-house production team.
- Coordinate project workflow from site production delivery installation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Cost & Contract Administration
- Assist in cost control, budgeting, and monitoring project expenses.
- Prepare invoices, payment claims, and payment certificates.
- Support subcontractor comparison, evaluation, and procurement.
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain project cost records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and site teams.
- Track project progress and support operational workflow planning.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in construction, architectural glass, faade, metalwork, or interior fit-out projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with quantity take-off and cost control
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with architectural glass, faade systems, metalwork, or custom fabrication
- Familiarity with site installation processes
- Experience working with contractors and consultants
