Job Description

Tendering: Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
Contract: Manage progress claims, evaluate variation orders (VOs), and handle contract documentation from inception to final account.
Coordination: Liaise effectively with main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure project budgets remain on track.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous project records and documentation for historical data.
Develop and maintain organized frameworks for cost estimates, tender documents, and progress claims.
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Interior Fit-Out or construction industry.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract administration, and local construction regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Language: Good communication skills in English
Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
