Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private and governments projects
Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients and subcontractors
Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients
Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget
Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Able to communicate in Mandarin (in order to handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the Mandarin speaking clients and subcontractors.)
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
