Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design)

Responsibilities:
. Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior design projects.
. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the financial implications of design proposals.
. Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements.
. Manage procurement processes, including tendering and supplier negotiations.
. Monitor project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial compliance.
. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and costs.
. Provide expert advice on cost-efficient materials and construction methods.

Requirements:
. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Interior Design
. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior design industry
. Strong knowledge of cost planning and management
. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and project management tools
