QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Renovation/ Interior Design/ Interior Fit-out Industry)

• Position : QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Renovation/ Interior Design/ Interior Fit-out Industry)
• Location : Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby)
• Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Sat from 9am to 1pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $4200 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Interior Fit-out Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
• Procurement of materials and project related items
• Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
• Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to
• financial complications
• Assist Project Director/Manager/Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration
• Others as when instructed by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the renovation industry
• Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
