Quantity Surveyor

Working Hours: Monday - Sat 8.30am - 6.30pm

Salary: $3000 - $4500 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

Location: Pasir Panjang - Have to travel along islandwide based on project requirement

At least 3years Experience in QS

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and take off measurements from ID drawings
• Source, request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ) and cost breakdowns
• Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budget
• Check and verify progress claims and variation orders (VOs)
• Prepare final accounts and project cost reports
• Liaise with designers, project managers, contractors and clients
• Ensure all cost and contractual matters comply with agreements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
