Job Summary
Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on cost estimation and contract administration. Prepare quotes, assist stakeholders in accounts settlement, and apply technical drafting skills to support construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
- Manage overseas contract matters and perform quantity surveying costing to ensure budget compliance
- Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
- Assist clients, suppliers, and contractors in resolving accounts settlement issues to facilitate smooth financial transactions
- Apply Revit, AutoCAD, and drafting skills to produce technical drawings that meet project specifications
- Work independently with meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance
- Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Minimum 3 years of combined industrial experience in builder's trade or interior fit out works or as a main contractor
- Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes
