Job Description:
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Take-off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Support in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Assist in project cost control, tracking variations, and progress claims
Prepare and verify subcontractor payments and claims
Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams
Maintain proper documentation of contracts and project records
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic knowledge of construction materials and interior fit-out works
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
