Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal stakeholders in managing projects
Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works.
Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.
Administer all site works, including costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.
Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical and safety aspect are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
Attend site and coordination meeting
Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications
Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Job Requirements:
Capable of working during nighttime hours
Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline.
PC literate - proficient in MS office and AutoCAD
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields.
