Senior Project Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders in managing projects

• Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works.

• Responsible for the overall project management, planning, design and execution.

• Administer all site works, including costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with.

• Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical and safety aspect are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements

• Attend site and coordination meeting

• Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications

• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Capable of working during nighttime hours

• Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline.

• PC literate - proficient in MS office and AutoCAD

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields.
