Quantity Surveyor

Join ICF Group and work on MEP estimating and commercial activities for marine interior fit-out, refurbishment and vessel projects.

You will work closely with our Design, Procurement, Project and Operations teams, translating technical drawings and specifications into accurate quantities, competitive tenders and commercially sound project solutions.

What You'll Do

• Review MEP drawings, specifications, schematics and tender documents.
• Identify mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope, gaps and commercial risks.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
• Obtain, analyse and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare tender pricing, qualifications, assumptions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate MEP requirements with interior finishes, ceilings, partitions, furniture and equipment.
• Support tender clarifications and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor MEP project costs and prepare quotations for variation works.
• Work cross-functionally from tender stage through project handover.

You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Experience in MEP estimating, quantity surveying or project costing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong Excel and numerical/analytical skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Marine, shipbuilding, offshore or construction experience would be an advantage.
• Singapore-based position – Malaysian candidates are welcome to apply
