Job Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements
Source and engage suppliers and subcontractors, and obtain competitive quotations
Analyse and compare quotations to support cost-effective procurement decisions
Monitor and manage project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Assess and evaluate subcontractors progress claims with accuracy and fairness
Prepare and submit variation orders (VOs) with thorough supporting documentation
Compile and submit monthly progress claims to clients in a timely manner
Handle subcontractor and vendor claims efficiently
Other Quantity Surveying related works.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well across teams
A self-starter attitude - organised, accountable, and deadline-driven
