HiSPACE PTE. LTD. is one company which provides installation, testing and commissioning of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System, Building management system (BMS) & Engineering smoke control system (ESCS).
Job Responsibilites:
- Review tender documents and raise if any queries to the client
- Send request for quotations to supplier and subcontractors
- Ensure all suppliers equipment selections and subcontractors quotations meet tender requirements
- Take off bill of quantities from the drawings
- Prepare costing summary and technical proposal for tender submission
- Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents, and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
- Manage procurement of materials and negotiation with suppliers & subcontractors
- Assist in monitoring the progress claims and payments
- Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts if necessary
- Site verifications of variation and take records for submission of claim
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers
Job Requirements:
- Candidates possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
