Job Summary

Support project cost management by preparing tender documents, performing quantity measurements, preparing quotations, and negotiating claims to ensure accurate and timely project financial settlements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documentation to support project bidding processes
• Perform accurate measurement and quantity take-offs for Bill of Quantities (BQ) to facilitate cost planning
• Prepare detailed quotations to support project cost estimation and client proposals
• Liaise and negotiate with internal departments and client representatives on interim progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements to ensure agreement and timely payments
• Attend site meetings
• Preparing payment claims, verifying payment to sub-contractors, ensuring all variations to contract are captured and tracking VOs
• Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support project and departmental objectives
