- Attend site briefing/ tender interview
- Prepare tender documents for submission
- Responsible for reviewing tender documents and monitor discrepancies
- Responsible to submit quotations and timely submission of progress claims
- Monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project and ensure that all claims are certified
- Ensure Subcontract agreements/variation orders/final accounts are agreed and certified by Clients.
- Prepare purchase order, work orders and ensure timely delivery of items order from overseas.
- Monitor and ensure that all paper works from sites are receive for claim submission
- Provide all necessary paper works that required from sites
- Liaise about the settlement of project final accounts with clients and all other required documentation for project closing
- Prepares prepare costing and submit to Manager for review
- Prepare summary/comparison table from Suppliers to obtains approval from Manager
- Check and ensure that all awarded projects received LOA before commencing the job. Discuss with the team the necessary requirements
- Chase payment certification
- Must have knowledge in Autocad
- Must have knowledge in Photoshop/Sketchup for design
- Submit daily report to Management
- Any other Adhoc duties assigned by Manager/Director
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required. Able to work Monday's to Saturday's.
Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
Hard working meticulous and able to work independently.
