QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates

. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures

. Review and analyse contracts, tender documents, and pricing schedules

. Work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

. Handle procurement and manage subcontractors

. Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

. 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry

. Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and project management

. Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite

. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills

. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
