We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Account Executive to join our vibrant team and help grow our presence in the B2B corporate wholesale market!
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand and provide customized corporate gifting solutions that align with their brand identity, marketing objectives, and campaign goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Support sales pipeline growth by pitching to cold leads and new prospects when needed.
Schedule meetings and site visits your clients to understand their needs through calls, Zoom, or face-to-face meetings.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth and timely processing.
Maintain high client satisfaction through responsive communication, problem-solving, and quality service.
Drive sales performance through regular follow-ups with prospects/clients, increasing closing rates, and developing long-term client relationships to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, preferably in corporate gifts, B2B wholesale, or similar industries.
Proven ability to close sales and build long-term client partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bilingual proficiency to support communication with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools
