Job Responsibilities:
- Order materials, tools, equipment, and services required for projects.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers through various platforms for innovative products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and delivery status.
- Liaise with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and update invoice numbers in payment transactions.
- Compile and submit monthly expense reports.
- Act as project Quantity Surveyor, including cost estimation, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare quotations for new projects.
- Submit progress claims and follow up on related matters.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Must have experience in electrical quantity surveying.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
