Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assess cost estimates for construction projects to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ) in alignment with project specifications and scope.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on technical drawings and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, particularly regarding cost, scope, and project timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including contracts, budgets, change orders, and project progress reports.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of cost estimation, tender procedures, and contract administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant Quantity Surveying software tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
