Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

. Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre and post contract administration.

. Prepare evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments.

. Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims.

. Prepare costing and submit quotations to clients for Variation Orders (VO) items.

. Liaise with main contractor on payments and VO confirmations.

. Prepare Final Account for completed projects and obtain management's approval.

. Follow up with clients on final payments and release of retentions

. Prepare monthly report of payment collection forecast and estimation of payments to sub-contractors.

. Work with Project Managers on project administration matters, contractual obligation and cost impact for project, etc.

. Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 3 year of Singapore related working experience is compulsory

. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering

. With relevant local working experience would be preferred

. Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn

. Able to work independently under minimum supervision
