Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Seeking tender opportunity
• Prepare tender submission, including bill of quantity
• Prepare project documents
• Attend site meeting, prepare progress report
• Sourcing for subcontractor, supplier
• Contract claim and variation order

Requirements:

• Experience in Govt projects
• Knowledge of construction is preferred
• High self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
