Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Project/Facilities Management, or related field
- Experience: 12 years in cost estimation, procurement, vendor liaison, and project documentation
- Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, strong communication, able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Technical: Excel, PowerPoint; CMMS experience a plus
