Job Description:

To assist in tendering.
To assist project team in all contract administrative works.
To liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers in all tender and project matters.
To evaluate, prepare and submit project monthly progress claims and variation orders, if any.
To evaluate subcontractors monthly progress claims and submit recommendation for payment.
To attend consultants and site meeting.
All contract administrative and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably in landed residential and condominium projects.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of both pre-tender and post-tender processes.
Able to perform a full range of quantity surveying duties and responsibilities.
Willingness to work at construction sites when required.
