Quantity Surveyor (CSA/MEP) - East Area

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Construction Industry
• Develop comprehensive and precise cost estimates for projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.
• Develop and maintain project budgets.
• Monitor and control expenditures to keep within the approved budget limits.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Resolve any contractual disputes that arise during the project lifecycle
