Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Manage contracts, variations, and progress claims to ensure cost control.
• Evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with financial planning.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to optimize costs.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore's construction cost regulations and contract laws.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
