Job Summary
You will manage project procurement and administration activities, driving accurate quantity take-offs and supplier negotiations to support successful building works delivery.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and verify quantities for building works to ensure accurate project cost estimation
- Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable service
- Manage project administration tasks to maintain organized documentation and support project progress
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable contract terms and cost savings
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate collaboration and project alignment
- Apply meticulous attention to detail in all tasks to uphold quality and accuracy standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in relevant project or construction roles
- Degree in Engineering
