Supports the Tender and Bidding Team with quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract and drawing review, specification interpretation, RFIs and RFQs, tender base cost and final price buildup, compilation of submission documents, preparation of tender cost proposals for management review, and participation in site briefings and kick-off meetings as needed.
Oversees contract management of assigned projects, including procurement, contract administration, and cost analysis.
Supports sourcing and comparing multiple quotations, liaising with suppliers and purchasing, and monitoring project order schedules.
Preparation and Submission of Monthly Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Settlement of Final Account and ensuring all Invoices are submitted in a timely manner.
Assessment of Subcontractor's Progress Claim, issuance of Payment Response and final payment.
Handles issues including Extension of Time, Terms and Conditions, Prolongation Claim, Loss, and Expenses Claims.
Any other QS-related duties.
Job Requirements:
Minimum diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experiences in quantity surveying.
Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools, involves in sourcing and purchasing, billing etc.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
