Job Description:

. Responsible for the Quantity Survey and Contract Administration.

. Material and Quantity take-off and cost estimation.

. Ability to source for quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers.

. Independent experience in bidding

. Project and contract documents administration

. Material ordering

. Measurement, manage project progress claim, payment response, variation orders

. Had experience being solely responsible for a sizable project claim

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Builders Work or Engineering

. Minimum 2-years relevant working experience on high-end renovation projects

. Good oral and written communication skills.

. Knowledgeable about interior fit-out projects, M&E construction materials and procurement methods.

. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD

. Strong organizing skills

. Able to work in independently
