Job Summary
Support the construction team by overseeing and inspecting M&E engineering works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to drive project progress and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the construction team in executing M&E engineering works to meet project standards
- Oversee M&E works ensuring compliance with approved drawings, materials, and method statements
- Conduct inspections of all M&E systems to verify quality and adherence to specifications
- Plan and monitor contractor M&E works to align with project requirements and timelines
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate M&E works progress and resolve issues
- Assist with other operational tasks as assigned to support project delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E building services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred, supports design review and coordination)
