M&E Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for managing a team of M&E Coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works

. Attend project meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and contractors.

. Coordinate closely with the project team members on construction activities, including site logistic, building management, and submissions to relevant authorities.

. Liaise with the M&E sub Contractors on co-ordination and installation, testing and commissioning

. Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain quality standards

. Support project documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction industry
• Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
