Job Description & Requirements

.Carrying out site measurements

.Manage costing and budgeting for on-going and tender projects

.Processing of payment claimsand final accounts

.Perform liaison with client and main contractors

.Evaluate review terms and conditions of contracts

.Perform other duties as assigned

.Min Degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent

.Proficient in AUTOCAD & EXCEL

.Minimum 3 years of working exerience in construction industry(special for RC works)
