Our client is a leading air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) provider with a long and successful track record of completing many quality projects.

They are now looking for a competent and committed professional to join their team. This full-time position is a pivotal one, responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity services to support the successful delivery of their diverse construction projects.

Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender documents
• Reviewing and incorporating reliable / established vendor lists
• Cost analysis and material / quantity pickup
• Submitting tender documents and monitoring the tender process
• Submitting progress and variation claims to customers / consultants
• Sourcing and obtaining quotations from Subcontractors / Suppliers
• Analysing and evaluating quotations acquired
• Tracking, recording and submitting detailed variation claims
• Ensuring good communication and work attitude in project management team
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in M&E QS Field
• Excellent communication and written skills, experience in M&E QS Field
• Familiar with tendering, project cost control and contract administration in M&E works.
• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
