We are looking for a dedicated, responsible and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and take full ownership of project-related responsibilities, especially in tendering and cost management.

- Only candidates with relevant experience in a similar role in Singapore's construction and renovation industry will be considered.

- Singaporeans and PRs are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director and assist with project planning, coordination, and site-related duties
- Take full ownership of the tender process - from sourcing suitable tenders (e.g., via GeBiz), preparing and submitting all required documents, to managing follow-ups until the tender is awarded or closed
- Handle all contract and tender documentation, administration, and compliance for construction and renovation works
- Prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders accurately and on time
- Prepare cost estimations, budgets, tender submissions, and support presentations
- Identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise RFIs or clarifications
- Attend site visits, inspections, and project/site meetings
- Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and handle procurement processes
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Evaluate and certify progress work, manage variation orders, and ensure contract compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, reports, and documentation for both subcontract and main contract works
- Maintain proper records of drawings, files, and documentation
- Any other quantity surveying or site-related responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Only candidates with relevant working experience in a similar role within Singapore's construction and renovation industry will be considered
- Recognised Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant local working experience in quantity surveying for construction firms in Singapore
- Strong knowledge of tender processes, including sourcing (e.g., via GeBiz), submission, and contract administration
- Experience in procurement with good negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience withsmall-scale construction and renovation projects
- Self-motivated, reliable, well-organised, and meticulous
- Must be confident and capable of working independently without supervision
- Positive attitude, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience in HIP, A&A projects, or similar works is an added advantage
- Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license is a plus
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred
