Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements

• Pre-contract (Preparation of tender submission, pre-tender pricing verification, taking-off bills of quantities and prepare quotations)
• Post contract (Evaluation and preparation of monthly progress claim, variation order and final accounts with Clients & Sub-contractors)
• Procurement (Sourcing for new vendors, compilation and comparison of quotes and issue purchase orders/work orders)
• Project administration and documentation works.
• Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or landscaping or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience of QS relevant project exposure
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD & Photoshop
• Good communication skills and meticulous
• Good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity
• Self-discipline and able to work independently with less supervision
• Able to start work within short notice
