Quantity Surveyor

• Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
• Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractors, preparing REQ based on tender documents and collating quotations.
• Negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison and analysis.
• Provide support to ensure completeness and timely submission of the tender bid.
• Follow up with post tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.

Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payment.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and validating from the given drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
