Job Description

  • Assist Contract Manager in daily contract administration.
  • Picking up quantities for tender and project.
  • Filling in Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications for tender.
  • Source for Supplier and Sub contractor.
  • Preparation of Quotation.
  • Preparation of Letter of awards.
  • Assist in project budgeting and monitoring
  • Any other duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
  • Other ad-hoc duties
  • Duties include filing, telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors,
  • Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
