Job Scope
Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Quantify and value construction work, and process payment applications
Identify and resolve cost-related issues, and recommend solutions to clients
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Provide advice and support to the wider team on quantity surveying matters
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and spreadsheet applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
