about the job

• reviewing contractual agreements, managing claims and negotiating variations

• oversee tendering process

• develop comprehensive cost estimates, prepare BOQs, and establish project budgets

• conduct on-site measurements, cost assessments, and valuations

• monitor project expenses, analyze cost variations, and implement corrective measures to maintain budget

• facilitate accurate interim payments and finalize accounts upon project completion

knowledge and skills

• diploma or degree in building construction or civil engineering

• 2 years of experience as a quantity surveyor

• experience in managing costs and contracts in construction environments.
