Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for civil projects.
- Support tendering and bidding processes, including preparing cost estimates, pricing submissions, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and contract compliance to ensure financial control.
- Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage claims.
- Conduct cost analysis, evaluate risks, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial and contractual alignment.
- Prepare reports, payment certifications, and other documentation for management and clients.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil/construction projects.
