Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the Qualtrics platform (configuration, users, roles, access)
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot surveys, including complex logic and flows
  • Support workflows, automation, and system integrations (APIs, BI tools, data platforms)
  • Build dashboards and reports validate and troubleshoot data issues
  • Provide second-level support, including debugging surveys, workflows, and platform issues
  • Perform testing and ensure data accuracy and quality before deployment

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM (XM / XM Discover)
  • 3 years in integrations, automation, or platform support
  • Strong experience in survey configuration, logic troubleshooting, and data handling
  • Familiar with Excel/BI tools and ticketing tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
