- Working Hours: 5days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $3,200 $4,500 per month
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and results of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Health, Safety & Environment functions.
- Lead and coach the Quality team to maintain a productive, highperformance work environment.
- Develop, implement, monitor and improve the Quality framework and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards; conduct risk assessments; manage quality specifications, documentation and procedures to comply with SFA, FSSC 22000, HACCP and related requirements and company policies.
- Drive projects and initiatives to meet Food Quality, Safety and Hygiene standards and requirements.
- Support the production team to troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues.
- Investigate all food safety, quality and noncompliance issues, and implement corrective actions with followup.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits with relevant parties.
- Prepare Quality and Performance reports for submission to Senior Management.
- Conduct Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP training for production employees.

- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing/Food Production industry (senior role).
- Applicants with less experience may be considered for an Executive role.
- Good understanding of SFA, FSSC/ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP and other foodrelated requirements and regulations in Singapore.
- Handson experience in a similar industry setting.
- Good understanding of food safety, health and environmental audit requirements.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problemsolving skills.
- Independent, proactive and meticulous.
