Job Description and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular monitoring and surveillance of production areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Support investigations into incidents and accidents, including warranty claims and issues involving aircraft or related equipment.
- Prepare and analyze Aircraft Summary Reports in collaboration with the Technical Records Office.
- Review and authorize routine production work documents under supervision.
- Conduct audits following the approved internal audit schedule.
- Maintain and update SOPs and Quality Manuals as instructed.
- Perform quality inspections of production tasks according to SOPs.
- Examine tools, test equipment, and jigs to ensure proper condition and handling.
- Confirm certification of production work documents.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Quality Superintendent or Quality Engineer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Aerospace, Aviation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Some experience in aircraft maintenance or a related engineering environment (military experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Interest in Quality or compliance-related role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent is an advantage).
- Good attention to detail with a structured and logical approach to work.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
