Quality Management System (QMS) Inspector - Hillview Link

Location : Hillview Link. - However, the personnel will be expected to travel to other locations to conduct audits.

Contract Duration: est start Mar 26 - 1 year

Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 5 days per week

Salary: SGD 2,800 - 3,200 per month (Monthly Rated) depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

Job Title : Quality Management System (QMS) Inspector

Job Description

The Quality Management System (QMS) Inspector is required to support compliance-related administrative functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Checking on the completeness of documentation of work processes.
• Executing inspections on compliance to procedures.
• Generating reports on documentation checks and compliance, and updating trends.
• Developing and tracking follow-up actions for non-compliant findings.
• Supporting the management of feedback, enquiries, appeals and disputes.
• Maintaining meticulous records of all audit activities, findings, recommendations and follow-up actions.

The QMS Inspector may also be required to:

• Carry out other administrative duties including, but not limited to filing, recording, despatch, and customer service.

Job Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably possess WSQ Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health and relevant ISO auditor certifications.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 principles and other relevant quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications
