Conduct quality control activities (inbound, outbound, returned goods) according to approved regulations and requirements (customer and internal)
Daily inspection using CMM, Smart Scope, Microscope, etc
Raise internal rejection form and update inspection report into system
Approves production by confirming specifications, visual & measurement tools for first off & In-process inspection & Outgoing using specified measuring and test equipment
Performs verification of in-process & OQC products per sampling plan and keeps accurate and detailed records
Visually compares workpieces against one another to assess/detect manufacturing measurement in the process.
Prepare COC, Data Entry & Operate Burst Test Machine
Other ad-hoc tasks/assignment assigned by superior
Requirements:
At least one year or more experience in a relevant field
Ability to understand drawing or inspection plan
With hands-on experience in precision measurement devices, e.g. smart scope, digital
Working hours 8:15am-8:15pm (Mon-Thurs) OR 12 shift
