Key Responsibilities
- Review Associated Part Processing Method (APPM) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS) to ensure compliance with engineering print requirements using Unigraphics NX 12.
- Review tolerance charts and ensure final component requirements are achieved after stock removal.
- Review and validate inspection plans, inspection gauges, inspection equipment, and inspection methods.
- Prepare and review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports with ballooned engineering prints in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
- Design gauges to meet process and inspection requirements.
- Support and assist in ordering new gauges and inspection equipment.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts.
- Prepare PPAP documentation as per customer and aerospace quality requirements.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement

Work Experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related discipline).
- At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of Unigraphics NX 12 for print review and analysis.
- Good understanding of tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with inspection planning, gauges, and measurement techniques.
- Strong knowledge of AS9102 FAI requirements and documentation.
- Experience in preparation of FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, and PPAP.
- Awareness of aerospace quality standards and customer requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
